DownloadScheduling a tour is the first step in our admissions process. A private tour provides an opportunity to explore our campus, ask questions, and see firsthand what makes our educational community unique.
Once you have completed your tour, take the next step by clicking the link below, to start your child's official application.

Charger Visits are scheduled only after a completed application has been submitted and processed. These visits are by invitation only and depend on availability in the desired grade level. Families will receive a confirmation once their application is fully processed. Please note that Charger Visits are not scheduled prior to March 1. This timeline allows us to provide the most accurate information regarding availability, to ensure a smooth admissions process.
After applying to St. Paul's, applicants will be required to visit the campus for an observation session, which we call a 'Charger Visit'. This immersive experience offers students the opportunity to join a classroom of their age group for a day, to see what lessons are like at St. Paul's, meet the teachers, and make new friends, and get an idea of what it is like in the St. Paul's community.
We conduct our own grade-level assessments, which are tailored to our classical pedagogy on campus.
Students applying for Kindergarten participate in a Kindergarten readiness assessment.
Students applying for grades 1-5 will be scheduled to complete a grade-level assessment.
Students applying for Logic School (grades 6-8) will take the Logic School Entrance Examination.
After the Charger Visit and Assessment are complete, our educators will provide feedback to our admissions team, based on their observations, and advise the school Board whether they recommend approval of the application for admission.
We will endeavor to process your application and inform you as quickly as possible, whether we are able to offer a place for your child to study at St. Paul's.
Fees for the academic year 2026-2027 are approved by St. Paul's Board of Christian Education.
A registration fee is charged for all pupils. The registration fee per student is $450. This fee covers the use of all textbooks and workbooks, and all supplies. Students in grades three through eighth are expected to use their own Bibles, catechisms, and hymnals. These three items are provided to you at no cost. Replacements may be purchased at cost if they need to be replaced due to loss or destruction.
The tuition fee is kept low by the generosity of the members of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, and amounts to less than half the actual expense involved in providing an education to each student. The fee for 2026-2027 is: $4200 annually for the 1st student, and $3150 annually for any additional student.
The Tuition Fee is not charged to families who are members of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Congregation, Brookfield, IL. (Tithe in lieu of Tuition)
For members of sister congregations of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, a 50% discount is applied to the Tuition Fee. We encourage our sister congregations to pay the remainder of the Tuition Fee on behalf of their members.
Staff of Concordia University, Chicago, are eligible to have their student's tuition fee paid by CUC. (Limited to 10 students per year)
Other tuition discounts may be offered by the school Board, based on financial needs. Please contact St. Paul's school office for more information.
